Werkt TP-LINK Mini Wireless adapter: welke driver?

Het is een klein, wit kort usb-stikje dat de functie van 150 Mbps Wireless N heeft. Stekker vermeldt model TL-WN723N Ver 2.2. Tot nu toe nog niet aan de praat gekregen; heeft iemand daar ervaring mee? Welke distro/versie heb je hem wel/niet aan de praat gekregen? Online bieden ze alleen een driver voor Windows op hun support pagina. Ik stuurde een vraag naar hun “e-mail support” –

Helaas, de “support” is niet erg ondersteunend; enkel een standaardmelding dat enkel de besturingssystemen ondersteund worden die te vinden zijn op een lijst op hun website en op de verpakking.

Geen antwoord op de vraag of er buiten de officiële ondersteuning iets bestaat.

Op wireless.kernel.org komt hij niet voor, wel TL-WN721N en TL-WN722N, , die gebruiken de ath9k_htc driver

Op askubuntu.com wordt gesproken over de RTL8188CUS van Realtek.com driver

Op OpenSUSE 11.4 wordt hij benoemd als Realtek 802.11n wlan adapter revisie 2.0

Update: Op Ubuntu 12.04 LTS wordt het draadloos netwerk aangeboden met de juiste netwerknaam; de stick functioneert dus minstens zover (ik geraakte niet ingelogd). Kernel was iets van 3.2.0-55-generic.
